Day one of demolition. I decided to remove a few walls in my initial plans, so the first step was to remove plaster which was sagging. I noticed that the previous work done was poorly constructed. This investigation led me to alter some of my plans for designing the kitchen. Removing any wall is a hazard, and I made sure that this wall was not a supporting wall. I also traced the electric, plumbing, and ventilation, which may be significant to removal.

Ok, so this will be the one percent of the work which I had some help on the house. I figured that my friend Nathanial would contribute a days worth of hard labor, so that would account for so much percentage. I probably could have squeezed more percentage out of him if only I had him start with something less menial. He's a full time student, ya know.
